Band Camp Checklists

Everyone is on the verge of band camp, which means it’s time to fully prepare your students for the coming weeks. As a helpful tool for directors of all kinds (and your students), we have a two free checklists to help ease your band camp prep. The first is a student checklist, and the second is a director checklist.

The Student Checklist

The student checklist includes categories for apparel, rehearsal needs, health and safety, and section specific items. Going away for band camp? You can easily add a section for sheets, blankets, and site-specific needs.
To access the checklist, click on the Google Doc link below, click “Make a Copy” and you are ready to go.

Included at the bottom of the student document are instructions on how you can send students a copy of your own checklist with the “forced” copy so everyone can have their own checkable document (without altering the original).

The Band Director Checklist

The band director checklist is very similar to the student checklist, with two more categories added. When you click the link, it will give you the option to make a copy so you can edit, use, and check off the list for yourself.
