Are you new to rifle? Are you a director who wants your students to be more independent on equipment taping? Let’s tape together and talk about everything you will need to know about rifle maintenance!! Feel free to send this to your students to help them prepare their new equipment!

Yes, there are a few different ways to tape a rifle but the fundamentals are the same:

1. Tape the most vulnerable parts of the rifle.
2. Use both strapping and electrical tape.
   • Strapping tape
   • Electrical Tape
3. Pull the tape tight to keep air bubbles away and wood safe.
4. Reinforce screws and hardware when possible.
